1. Guns will provide their own ammunition, weapons and suitable clothing.

2. Each Gun will receive at least a brace of birds at the end of each day's shooting. Extra game may possibly be purchased by agreement with the guides.

3. Glennoo Shoot will provide all the necessary beaters appropriate for the shoot and their transport.

4. The shooting cost is exclusive of any tip to the guides which is at the discretion of the guns and their enjoyment. £20.00 per gun per day is suggested.

5. All guns must have any necessary shotgun licenses, and also carry third party liability insurance of not less than £1 million. (Membership of organizations such as the BASC or Countryside Alliance provides this automatically). Good and safe behaviour is expected and if a gun proves to be a risk to other guns and beaters they will be asked to stop shooting for that day. The Glennoo guide(s) have the final say on this on the spot.

6. The guns are responsible for bringing their own lunch unless otherwise agreed in advance with the guides as a snack lunch can be provided if requested.

7. Glennoo Shoot makes no warranty whatsoever as to the amount of shooting each gun receives or the size of the bag.

8. Any person making a booking is responsible for taking out any necessary insurance with regard to cancellation of any or all the days for whatever reason to include bad weather, disruption by a third party or a ban on shooting. The person making the booking shall be responsible for all his/her guests, invitees and other guns and also for ensuring they abide by the terms and conditions herein contained.

9. A 50% deposit of the total estimated cost is payable upon receiving the deposit invoice, as confirmation of booking. This shall be non-returnable in the event of a cancellation by the person making the booking unless the day/s can be re-let. In the event of a cancellation by the Estate the deposit shall be returned in full. The remaining 50% shall be paid in full on the day of the shoot.

10. Glennoo Shoot reserves the right to cancel any day or part day for whatever reason and in this case all deposits paid for that day or part day shall be repaid in full immediately. Glennoo Shoot shall not be liable for any additional or other losses the person making the booking may incur as a result of this cancellation.
