“Welcome to Glennoo in West Ulster. Situated amongst 20,000 acres in the rugged beauty of the mountains and valleys South East of Fivemiletown this new shoot offers hunters a unique chance to mix and match a day’s sport to suit their favourite type of shooting with whatever budget you wish to spend. We can offer walked up partridge and driven duck in September and October plus walked up pheasant, snipe and woodcock across the winter months. To finish a great day in the field why not top it all off with an evening flight on a remote lough for wild teal and mallard. You choose what mix you want and if you want to stay over and do it all again the next day the magnificent courtyard apartments at Blessingbourne Estate offer great winter rates for groups of shooters. Our woodcock shooting is top drawer but we do impose a bag limit. Likewise we have some excellent deer stalking for Fallow and Sika and can offer Red deer at nearby locations. Prices per gun per day start at £175 including stalking and we also have a limited number of free to roam season tickets for rough shooters starting at £250 per gun per season.
As we progress into 2010-2011 season we intend to introduce more walked up partridge areas within the heather clad hills and valleys that lie on the southern boundaries of the Glennoo Shoot. These promise to be spectacular. We aim to be the only truly specialised walked up game bird shoot in Northern Ireland in a very short space of time and retain a loyal band of rough shooters year after year.
